Immediately upon delivery of the Bears&Pears shipment, the buyer is obliged to carefully check:

whether the packaging is damaged
whether the shipment number on the package matches the number stated in the documentation

The buyer must immediately inform the courier if there is any damage to the packaging or the product. In the case of a damaged shipment, the buyer must contact the Seller and provide details. In the case of poor quality or a defective product, the customer is entitled to an immediate refund upon submitting a photograph showing the defective product to the Seller’s email.

Delivery costs within Serbia depend on distance, package weight, and product value. On average, delivery costs are approximately 600 RSD for shipments valued up to 15,000 RSD / free delivery for orders of 15,000 RSD or more. The delivery time is 2–3 business days.

The delivery period begins once Bears&Pears receives payment to its bank account or once credit card authorization is approved. Orders paid cash on delivery are shipped the following day. The estimated delivery time may be longer than indicated if the ordered products are currently unavailable or if you received your online purchase confirmation during weekends or public holidays.
